How can we get the results we want?

  Results come from action, and the habit of action comes from practice. Once the decision has been made to incorporate something into our life that we know will give us the results we want, and we are committed to making it a part of our life, we must practice action.

   Practicing action repetitively creates the habit or pattern in our life. Practicing seeing the vision of what this will create in our lives, is what gives us the drive to push through the uncomfortable times. Most importantly, we must remember that in order to build any muscle, we have to give it the most effort, when we are tired and uncomfortable and want to give up. This is when the growth occurs, this is the point that develops the new pattern or habit. If we only do things when they're easy, we will never learn to push through in those times that it is most necessary, and it will never become a lasting change.
